Ruffle rose wedding cake

This cake was a monster as I made a last minute decision to increase the height of the 12" bottom tier so I could make more of those beautiful ruffles. Two tiers were chocolate mud cake and the others were Mars bar mud. I made the ruffle roses from a dusky rose fondant to match the bridesmaids’ dresses and trimmed the white tiers with a little bit of bling to incorporate the silver in the colour scheme.
