Wheel is vanilla sponge with raspberry jam and buttercream, jerry can is caramel sponge with salted caramel sauce and buttercream. I printed off the licence plate myself with edible icing sheet. Made as a 60th birthday cake for a 4X4 enthusiast. Did want to rest it all on a chocolate rocky road base… ah well!
