WHITE CHOCOLATE PASSION CAKE

Wedding cake for Agata & Gerry. 3 tier: 12, 9 and 6in. Each tier 4.5in high. There’s 3 the same cakes, and each cake itself is 4 layers of genoise sponge brushed with sugar syrup and separated with 3 different fillings – coconut swiss meringue buttercream, blueberry jam and passion fruit mousse. Covered in white belgian chocolate ganache, handcut panels, swirls and fresh roses on top.
