An eleventh hour cake request for the village at the grand unveiling of our rescued Telephone Booth which was about to be taken away!! It is now a lending library. As it was, I had a very small window on Friday to make this but as it was a simple shape I knew it was do-able and of course, you know me, I can’t resist a giggle on a cake so the ‘added extras’ were also a last minute inspiration so don’t look too closely at the detail haha!! Chocolate cake with chocolate truffle pumpkin treats made with left-over ganache and covered with a thin covering of sugarpaste. All other decorations are sugar modelling paste.

I love having fun with cakes! :)
