My first attempt at antiquing fondant and I must say a little scary putting that first stroke on incase I hated it. I am actually really happy with the way it turned out and hope it is a big hit when I deliver it seeing as it is for my husbands boss, the really big one if you know what I mean, lol.

Helmet it pineapple cake with sangria filling, middle tier is chocolate with Kahlua buttercream and bottom is just a plain yellow cake with buttercream for those who are not wanting anything with alcohol. Hope you all like it!

Thank you Michal and my truly lovely Fifi! I also want to say a big thank you to Cuteology cakes for her vintage baseball cake and Passioni di Zucchero who is one of my all time favorite artists who makes everything look old and gorgeous and inspired me to give this technique a go
