Vintage "Dallas Cowboys" football cake

My first attempt at antiquing fondant and I must say a little scary putting that first stroke on incase I hated it. I am actually really happy with the way it turned out and hope it is a big hit when I deliver it seeing as it is for my husbands boss, the really big one if you know what I mean, lol.

Helmet it pineapple cake with sangria filling, middle tier is chocolate with Kahlua buttercream and bottom is just a plain yellow cake with buttercream for those who are not wanting anything with alcohol. Hope you all like it!

Aaaaw thank you so much everyone I really appreciate it. Was a hard decision as to know when to stop adding color. I feel it actually looked better in person than in the pics and a lot more antiqued.
