The order came in 3 days before the due date. Customer did not want a full fondant cake, so i only did the figure in fondant. I wanted to create a Mermaid cake with half her body on the beach and the other half in the wave. Basically my idea was to make the whole cake as a wave., and Ariel is just chilling on the beach. I had just completed it before delivery, so i did not have time to do a proper photoshoot. Had to do it at the vanue.
