This cake was inspired by a friend of mine who reads Angel cards, and is into anything holistic. This week she was talking about Angel feathers, and this cake was born from that comment. I had so much fun making it, and I’m really pleased with the way it turned out (I love the garland of flowers on her head, and the little bird with the broken wing that she’s heeling in her hand too). For all of us with broken wings……..it’s time to fly!!
