My bride Claire had her heart set on this amazing confetti design by Studio Cake in California.
I have to say that I just loved re-creating this design in a three tiered version, and feel really pleased with how it all came together.
Over 500 hand cut fondant confetti circles in shades of peach! Ombre tiers also in peach leading to an ivory top tier.
Bottom tier – triple layered chocolate with dark chocolate ganache
Middle Tier – triple layered red velvet with white chocolate ganache
Top Tier – triple layered chocolate with dark chocolate ganache
There were also two additional cutting cakes fort he kitchen as the wedding cake was being used to serve 100 guests as dessert.
