Vanilla madeira sponge cake with jam & buttercream filling. I was asked to make a cake for a friend’s husband’s 65th but no spec as to hobbies etc. I saw this design on the internet & decided it would be ideal although I adapted it to include the table & benches with the wine bottle on top. I can’t find the original picture to give credit to the original designer.
