I made this cake for a 60 year old who has traveled the world in his lifetime:) The only thing client wanted was for the cake to be clean cut and sophisticated like her dad:) It is iced in buttercream and airbrushed. The continents are cut from fondant with a razorblade—and then airbrushed, and I did a little painting on it. This is not one of my “usual” cakes as I usually do bright, bold, and colorful! but I do love how this one turned out:) Thanks for looking!
