Made this Double Barrel 2 Tiered Birthday Cake w/ Sugar Plumeria Flower back in June 2011. Top tier is 7inches and the bottom layer is 10inches. The flowers didn’t want to harden enough to hold their shape but they still turned out ok!! I love the look of double barrel/extended tier cakes, I haven’t made one in a while, hopefully I can get a customer that will like the idea of one for their event. :-)
