This cake was one of my first ‘man’ cakes and I really enjoyed doing it. The group were cycling around the local area but visiting the country pubs on the way – not sure how wise that is but the cake was fun to do! This was my most popular flavour – chocolate fudge cake filled with baileys buttercream. Scrummy
