I made this cake for a 30th birthday. The lady had always loved Barbie’s but had never owned one until recently. Her best friend ordered this for her. She loved her Barbie. The cake itself is my ultimate chocolate cake filled and coated in milk chocolate ganache. The wings of her dress are made from Hand Painted modeling chocolate. I I hope you like her♥
