I made this this weekend for a family friend whom has been battling cancer, his daughter came out from London to visit for her 30th Birthday so they needed a cake in a hurry was told Friday night whilst cooking for 90 odd people in the restaurant so after work started baking to replace the cake I need to steal (had another small cake due Sunday that I stole to make this)made my Gears that night and went in early in the morning to decorate this cake lucky I had a Rose spare so I could airbrush copper, but with the crazy humid conditions of this weekend my fondant strips were not drying & were a nightmare to try & handle thus the old beaten copper look LOL, but atleast I finally got to use the gorgeous heart mold I bought from https://www.facebook.com/SugarandSpiceCelebrationCakes …thanks Mel love this mold :-)
