Birthday cake for Na Na.
Have you ever had a cake that you have made per client’s instructions that seems to look not quite right? It was ordered at very short nitice and they were on a budget. Well this one is one of them, its exactly what they wanted but every time I looked at it I felt something was wrong. But as long as they are happy with it, that’s what matters, right!
Chocolate mud cake, with ganache then covered in fondant.

It is a lovely cake Kath, Sometimes we do feel like that with our own creations but like Violet said the client loved it so that’s what matters in the end :-). Been a bit busy this weekend with late nighters, cake, birthday party and all, so I just managed to crawl onto the computer today, so sorry didn’t see your cake earlier.

Thanks Sasi, so you’ve been out enjoying yourself, lucky you. I miss out on alot of socialising because I work every weekend :-( my weekend is Wednesday & Thursday . Glad someone has a life! Haha
