A friend gave me free rein over her daughter’s minion birthday cake. Having not seen Despicable Me 2, I didn’t know about the purple minions, but I loved them when she told me about them! Each minion is cake (pink flavour, as requested!) with white chocolate ganache covered in sugarpaste. The purple minion is sat on a shallow 7" sponge.
