This is a three tier version of the bouquet cake I have made previously. I didn’t really want to make it into a three tier but the customer insisted because they wanted the wow factor.
I was reasonably happy with the end result but prefer the two tier version.
Fruit cake bottom tier, lemon sponge middle tier and chocolate sponge top tier.
