A Princess Tiara Pillow Cake for a 1st birthday. Tiara is made out of gumpaste and green sugar gems were added – Peridot is the green birthstone for August. Pillow is carved out of an 8-inch square cake and decorated in Marshmallow Fondant (MMF). I also made cake balls using the carvings from the pillow and topped them with mini tiaras (instructions on a separate post).
