This cake was made for my own wedding. The bottom tier was a huge 12 × 8 and was chocolate cake, the middle and top tiers (also 8" deep) were white sponge. The tartan pattern was printed onto fondant sheets and all of the flowers were hand made by me and finished off with edible glitter on the open roses with edible glitter balls on wire. The cake was finished with fondant lace which finished it off nicely.
The little bride, groom and dog were also made by me using fondant mixed with sugarcel.
