This cake was made for a little Star wars fan called Alfie who is going to be 5yrs old.
Millennium Falcon space ship with Light sabre, Storm troopers and the one and only Darth Vader.
The cake and sabre are Madeira with Strawberry jam and vanilla cream. The cupcakes are Chocolate brownie filled with Chocolate fudge cream.
Now its made I wish I’d made the sabre a little longer…….but time ran out on me.

Karen, you did a fantastic job! Just the details and carving of the Millennium Falcon must have taken you forever. Love the mottled effect on the cake board as well!

Thank you Laura, thanks Toni, and Elli and not forgetting Ana. My eyes were a bit tired after I finished. But the customer was “over the moon” with it……sorry for the pun!!
