Some lovely friends of mine had moved to Corfe to open an art gallery, so for their opening I created a replica of Corfe out of cake! The cottages and trees round the bottom are handpainted on gum-paste, and the castle it’s self is fondant. I had various maps, photographs and skyview images to make sure the castle was accurate!!
