This cake was inspired by my local Greystones land- and seascape and raffled in aid of the Greystones Cancer Support Group. The beach pebbles are made from marbled sugarpaste. Handpainted bottom tier with accents of spatulaed royal icing. Top tier airbrushed with handpainted gorse and heather. Topped by handmade gumpaste blackberry spray.
