Todays wedding cake … The bride had no idea what she was getting as it was a gift from her matron of honour (she’d been told she was getting a purple Mr.Blobby !!) I had no colour swatches to work with either, so I was SO happy to see that it was almost spot-on, pheww !
3 ivory tiers of Madagascan vanilla madeira, filled with vanilla bean BC and undercoated with white chocolate ganache. Free-form roses.
