This cake was created for a 30th birthday celebration. Each of the chocolate balls was filled with delicious flavoured ganache or fresh cream. (Yes fresh cream, meaning I had to keep putting it back in the fridge to keep cool as I was working on it!). Added to the tower were lots of chocolate hand made truffles in various flavours and finishes. Guests at the party came along and took a treat off the pyramid and enjoyed the feast as a ‘finger dessert’. A novel way of serving and a fantastic centre piece for any table.
