This was for a little girl’s 2nd birthday. Her favorite character is Bubble Puppy from the Bubble Guppies. The “waves” were my first attempt at using Candy Melts with fondant. It was very easy to work with. I made all the decor a few days ahead of time so putting the cake together actually went as planned— for the first time EVER!
