Here’s yesterday’s cake. (9" 3 layer butter vanilla – i made it higher so i’d have more room to decorate~!) the Mom supplied the toys for the toppers so i placed Dory, Nemo, Squirt and Bruce in the design and hopefully they don’t look like they were just plopped on the cake! All coral done in fondant/gumpaste and inspired by Cake by Mercedes tutorial (www.cakesbymercedes.com). Her tutorial is so worth it! Design a collaboration of many Nemo cakes on Pinterest and google but hopefully this one can stand on its own! :)

Thanks Calli! Trying to do a better job on presentation! Makes such a difference! Lucky that I had this sparkly paper and the light came in just right…!
