Yummy chocolate cake with chocolate and cognac ganache filling.
Created for 50th birthday celebration.
I layered the cake to a 3-layer cake and then carved by hand the shape of the bottle.
Really chuffed at the way this one turned out.

Apparently it took 5 days for them to cut the cake as they wanted to show it off for a few days!! :)
