Dearest Rumana,

Back home after Ameya’s first b’day celebration. She’s fast asleep, I’m relaxed and reflecting back on the day and it was made so special with the Rio cake. It is the best Rio cake i have ever seen and i have checked every single one of the cakes online, yes I’m a little obsessive. The detailing was immaculate. The guests were staring at the cake as though Aishwarya Rai was walking by. The color combination was awesome. The cup cakes were so elegant. When the cake arrived, you should have seen the look on those pastry chefs’ faces when they were delicately placing the flowers on the cupcakes. The Hibiscus’ were so beautiful. Usually a pretty cake never makes for a good tasting cake but yours was delicious. My sis in law, a self confessed well travelled foodie said that the chocolate cupcake was the best she’s ever had. The Rio family are in a container in the freezer, I’m hoping to preserve it for as long as i can Rumana. I’ll show it to Ameya when she’s 10.
