I love making succulents! I especially like the Jade plant. I have finally mastered a smooth buttercream finish under my fondant cakes. For this cake a “Rustic Look” was requested and it took me forever, I couldn’t leave it alone! I love my new rustic cake stand , I made it from 2 slabs of wood I bought at Michaels!

So lovely! Yes, I guess it must be hard that after trying so hard to get most cakes perfectly smooth, you actually have to do the opposite! I do love this rustic look, and your gorgeous succulents and purple rose. How creative with the cake stand too!
