Loved making this cake!! The lady ( Mary ) who order this for Tessie who turned 90 this weekend told me all about Tessie, she’s an Irish lady whom lived and worked in New York for 56 years. She sounds like an absolute gem ! She never had a beautiful cake so hence the pretty side and then the other side is from the conversations I had with Mary who ordered the cake. Mary was delighted with the cake when she collected it. So I hope Tessie has a fantastic 90th birthday xx
