This cake was for my sister in-law’s wedding last year. She asked for a stargazer lily, sparrows, orange, and teal to be incorporated into the cake. Sparrows were 2D fondant shapes placed on the cake before laying the fondant over, then further shaped and painted; fondant pearls; gumpaste stargazer lily. Gluten free white chocolate cake with white chocolate ganache.
