Twilight Birthday Cake

Cake I made for some good friends and Twilight fanatics’ Birthdays :) I found this cake design on one of my favorite blogs, Art of Dessert. Pound cake with vanilla buttercream filling, covered in fondant with all fondant details. I hand painted the script around the side of the cake using a mixture of lemon flavoring and silver luster dust. Had one quote from the book and one specially requested quote from the Birthday girls, “Edward prefers brunettes”! :)
