We are celebrating my grandma’s birthday at my parent’s cottage on the lake today and that’s what this cake is supposed to represent. The bottom tier is a double barrel ombre wave design done with the help of Lesley of the Royal Bakery’s wave tutorial, graham cracker sand, edible pearl bubbles and a fondant water lily.
