Wedding cake pleats and ruffle rose inspired by the brides wedding dress. Her bouquet was made entirely of vintage brooches so I added a sugar brooch to the cake. Along with the cake there were 8 dozen cupcakes. Lime margarita with lime curd and lime cream cheese frosting, gluten free chocolate with truffle filling and white chocolate buttercream, pink champagne with raspberry filling and cream cheese frosting, and vanilla bean with blackberry filling and whipped vanilla buttercream.
