Another technique I’ve been wanting to try. I just threw this together for my mom’s birthday cake, but would love to take more time with it next time. Design and technique followed are from MyCakeSchool.com. Chocolate cake with Nutella Truffle filling and iced with chocolate swiss meringue buttercream. -- Keep calm and bake on.
