I dunno if it’s just because I love the Pumpkin Spice Lattes from Starbucks or if it’s because I’m a huge fan of pumpkin and coffee in general, but – oh, these cupcakes are heavenly! Coffee-infused pumpkin cupcake with fresh whipped cream, drizzled in vanilla bean caramel sauce and sprinkled with cinnamon! You can find the recipe by visiting Annie’s Eats Blog here:

I highly encourage trying this recipe – really think the caramel sauce is what makes these cuppies :)
