I’ve always wanted to make this little rocking horse but never had the chance to until now! It was one of those ideas that was sitting in my sketch book waiting to be made!!!

The rocking horse is hand modelled from fondant…(no mold was used). It was actually made the same way as my little reindeer from the Woodland Deer Christmas Cake.

The cake design was based around my communion cake that Sienna’s mum really loved and features a hand made rocking horse, edible plaque, piped quilting with floral centers and bible quote “Every good and perfect gift is from above”
