This was a wedding cake that I did in 2011, still one of my favourites.
All four layers, Carrot Cake.
Covered in white sugar paste.
Accent points dusted with ‘Mother of Pearl’ dusting powder.
Ribbon roses dusted with ‘Ruby’ dusting powder.
