Chocolate Ruffle and Lily Cake

The smell of all the chocolate on this cake was amazing, although making it on the hottest day of the year wasn’t so much fun! It was like working with double sided sticky tape!

The gold top is painted, the ruffles are chocolate fondant and the lily and leaves are flower paste/gumpaste.
