This was so much fun to make. I love colour, and this cake had it!! The best part was that it was for my granddaughter, and she “helped” me by tasting all the different colours of fondant. She loves fondant! This cake was for her second birthday (she’s five now), and she still talks about it because she remembers all the colours!
