This is a coconut-rum cake filled with coconut cream swiss meringue buttercream and blueberry preserves. I was asked to add some rum for the 21 yr old now able to drink :) I used the marvelous molds chevron onlay. This was my first time doing the chevron pattern, and I’m happy how it came out. xx
