So these came about when I had both extra chocolate cupcakes and strawberry swiss meringue buttercream after my Newphew’s Batman Birthday cake/cupcake project! I suddenly realized I had never done a strawberry/chocolate combination and decided that had to be remedied. Chocolate espresso cupcakes with fresh strawberry swiss meringue buttercream, a fresh strawberry or two and a drizzle of melted dark chocolate ;)
