I made this cake and cupcakes for Monique to share with her family and friends to celebrate her 9th birthday. Two tier Dolly Varden cake…doll is vanilla marbled in pink, purple and yellow and bottom tier is choc and vanilla marble. The cake was donated through the wonderful The Cake Angels who do an amazing job at organising cakes for sick kids. Learning the story behind the recipient really puts things into perspective and makes you appreciate what you have even more. Again, Happy Birthday Monique! xo
