In the realm of cake, it’s only right to give credit where credit is due. The bride found a photo of a cake that she loved designed by California bakery Sweet & Saucy Shop. I added a third tier and switched up the flower a bit to make it much fuller. I’m a novice when it comes to flower-making so this was my attempt at a David Austin-style rose. The base tier was hand-carved from a 12" round. Hope you like it!
