Vanilla buttermilk cake with vanilla buttercream filling and frosting and fondant accents for a volunteer fireman’s (firelady’s?) Birthday. I hand formed the dalmatian and helmet from fondant – first time sculpting a dog – pretty happy he came out looking like a dog! ;)
