I made a rainbow/unicorn cake for my Niece Tessa’s birthday! It was a 6 layer rainbow cake, inside and out. I found a tutorial on youtube to make the fondant unicorn. I iced the cake itself in buttercream using the petal effect method. The cake was vanilla cake with cheesecake filling. My Niece loved it! I hope you enjoy the cake!

Hi Dani!
Thank you so much! It’s just a basic recipe that you would make for a no bake cheesecake filling. Instead of using cool whip, I use a stabilized whipped cream to fold into the cream cheese. You can also add melted chocolate to the mixture to make a chocolate cream cheese filling.
