This couple got engaged at the Eiffel Tower in Paris, so of course they had to have an Eiffel Tower Cake to celebrate! It was a serious challenge with many hours,blood, sweat and tears (and swearing!) but I was delighted with how it turned out. The look on their faces when they saw the cake was priceless! I think may have gone a bit over the top goven the specifications but sure! Caking is most enjoyable when you push yourself to be better.
