"BIG RIG" Cake

My former corporate employer (Sobeys- who are the second largest food retailer in Canada) called on me to make a cake for graduates of one of their interal training programs. I had made this type of cake for them before, but always ia “flat” version. This year I decided to try my luck at a 3D version. It was a little tricky and I have learned a little more about proportion after making this one that will help me next time. I was told it was a hit with the graduates and that’s the most important part.
