The ruffles on this cake are probably the thinnest iv ever made.. very challenging but effective. I was given free reign on the design as long as the colour palette was subtle. I love Winter.. snow capped mountains, pine cones, gloomy greens.. And after my little trip to the hills earlier this month, i was very inspired.
