made this cake for my brother’s 50th wedding anniversary on New Year’s eve. The tiers were Italian cream, vanilla and my specialty, a real moist yellow cake. It was frosted in butter cream with gumpaste snowflakes made by me, and gold ribbon at the botttom of each tier. Had a lot of fun making the snowflakes. The sleigh was made of wood by my son-in-law and painted gold.
